the box is a lil worse for wear, but everything arrived in one piece. unsurprisingly the instructions are only in Chinese, but illustrative diagrams are featured on every page. yes, it powers on and works. this appears to be a legitimate listing for a legitimate product. very happy, will be depilling all our winter sweaters.
